Dawn M. Landino earned her Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation and her professional awards include Leaders Qualifier 2002-2018, Million Dollar Round Table Qualifier, and 5 Star Wealth Manager*.
Dawn’s clients will attest to her sincere, constant desire to put their needs first. She accomplishes this through a process of designing strategies to assist clients with meeting their financial goals. She prides herself on being a solutions resource for current and future goals. She handles investments, retirement plans, financial plans and insurance needs.
Dawn graduated with her B.S. from Quinnipiac University, where she was an All-American goalkeeper on the Women’s Soccer Team. Dawn ranks as the top goalkeeper in school history and holds school records for saves in a game, season, and career. She also recorded 36 points on 17 goals and 2 assists. In 2000, Dawn was inducted into the Quinnipiac Athletic Hall of Fame.
Dawn personal accomplishments, which are indicators of her professional drive and enthusiasm, include: Olympic Development Soccer Player, Performing in Wicked on Broadway, Million Dollar Round Table every year since 2002, NCAA Goalkeeper of the Year, Coached Olympic Development Soccer Team in CT and Region I, Coached Wesleyan University Women’s Soccer, and Goalkeeper Coach Quinnipiac Women’s Soccer. When life pushes you to the sideline, Dawn will get you back on the field, headed straight for your goals. Dawn is her clients’ financial Goalkeeper.
In her spare time, Dawns interests include acting. She has performed in many local stages including, Hartford Stage and Long Wharf. One of her happiest moments is performing in Wicked for one evening on Broadway. Dawn also supports causes she believes in and is proud to serve on the Broadway Cares Leadership council. Broadway Cares is a non-profit grant making organization that helps individuals and entertainers all over the country who are in need or have critical health concerns. She also volunteers her time to mentor students of Rosie's Theater Kids. RTKids is an after-school program that provides services for kids in the NYC boroughs neediest elementary schools.
She also enjoys sports and is an accomplished competitive triathlete and marathon runner and has participated in many races across the country. Dawn is far and away most proud of finishing the 2014 Boston Marathon. Although not her first marathon, this was a defining moment in Dawn’s life because she had to defy the odds just make it to the start line. Dawn was a spectator in the stands at the finish line of the ill-fated 2013 Boston Marathon. She was standing directly across from where the first bomb exploded. Dawn witnessed unspeakable suffering that day and it left her with a deep-rooted sense of fear. However, Dawn chooses to see the positive in every situation. Several days later, Dawn vowed to overcome that trauma and train for the 2014 Boston Marathon and true to her nature, she faced that fear and proudly crossed the finish line. This is a true testament to Dawn’s character: she sets her sights on a goal and she works hard to attain it, no matter the obstacles.
